Julien is a highly experienced motorsport race engineer. Over the last 21 years, he has worked with some of the most famous teams and drivers in motorsport, including 14 years in Formula 1, most recently as Kimi Raikkonen's Race Engineer.    

In 2022, using his specialist engineering expertise and know-how, Julien setup a new venture, JSC7 engineering ltd, offering various consultancy services to motorsport and automotive structures.

• Last serving Race Engineer in F1 for Kimi Raikkonen. 
• 14 years in Formula 1 as Race Engineer to drivers including Marcus Ericsson, Romain Grosjean, Jolyon Palmer, Pastor Maldonado, Vitaly Petrov, Jarno Trulli to name a few.
• 7 years in various European (FR 2.0, F3, GP2), North American (FranAm) and Australian championships (V8 Supercar) as Race Engineer.
• Worked closely with highly experienced drivers and also young drivers.
• Experience at F1 level and also in junior series' levels like F2, F3, Formula Renault, GT.
• Several wins in F1, GP2, F3, FR 2.0, GT.
• Worked for very prestigious Teams such as Toyota F1, Lotus Racing, Renault Sport, Sauber, Prema, Trident, Stone Brothers Racing.
• Various training in Leadership, Management of Teams, Problem Solving, Resilience, Belbin Teams Roles.
• Graduated in 2002 from an Aerospace and Aeronautical engineering school in Paris (IPSA).
• Multilingual - Fluent in English, French and Italian. Conversational in Spanish.
